150cc Howit final gear transmission
Im restoring a Howhit 150cc engine (LH157QMJ *3k2798*) off an old spiderbox that was in the midst of my backyard. I have pretty much everything back together but the transmission. I replaced all of the bearings and oil seals but there is one thick metal washer 30mm*7mm*2mm that I believe came off then final gear shaft. I cant find it in any PDF and i somehow didn't get a picture of that process when i broke the engine down. Any info would be much appreciated or any parts list or engine breakdown PDFs that show the final gear assembly or this piece

That spacer goes between the reverse box and the engine. It should fit into/around the edge of another spacer that has a step on it. The pair of them are right next to the gearbox itself and set the distance of the box from the engine so the sprockets line up.

is there anywhere it could go because i dont have a reverse, or are you talking about the transmission box?

Doh! moment there on my part; from it's condition, i'd feel pretty confident in say that it's not an internal part in the trans. too dirty on the outside of it. most likely fits on the shaft between the sprocket and engine side, again for helping set the sprocket alignment.

Thank you! that's definitely where it went but my lack of oil seal was messing up my alignment on the final drive shaft
