150cc carbide problem

hello all im new to the fourm i just got a 150cc carbide used , said it was siting for 3 months , well i got it threw a batt in it and it ran great , i looked at the gas and it did not look right so i went to drain it . while draining it my funnel slipped and gas got all over the motor , i put every thing back , went to fire it up and it just turned and turned with no start i checked and i do have spark and now when i go to start it, it makes a squealing any help would be great ! , thank you very much fatkidjoey
