Default New yellow spring, clutch too tight

I put on some new yellow springs on my clutch, Half a block later it's squealing and then banging. Pushed it home and opened her up, no broken metal or anything. I did play heck getting the belt on during reassembly and it seems like the clutch pulley is too tight on the belt. this is a howhit 150 GY6 on a yerf dog spiderbox. Any Ideas?

All kind of spring suppliers out there, bound to be a couple of cprappy ones! I go with the 1500rpm's, they seem to work best for me, with some 10g rollers!
