Default Normal running temps?

Kind of curious what the normal running temps are on these Hammerhead 250s. When I was out this weekend I wasn't running hard and my temp gauge was reading 200-220 before the fans were kicking on. I thought these were suppose to run around 160-180 from what I have been told. Any input would be appreciated.

What kinds of temps are you running bear? The guy I ran into from buggynews this weekend was reading around 180. And they were beating their buggy to snot riding it.

I hear ya. I bought a digital temp gun and am reading about 20 degrees cooler at the sensor on the head and 40+ degrees cooler at the sensor for the fans on the radiator. This is compared to what the Equus gauge is reading.
