Kinroad 250 reverse gearbox. HELP!

I noticed when i bought this buggy that some body along the way had welded on the coupler to the reverse gear box. Long story short, they welded the gear box input shaft to the coupler. In the process they also screwed up the output gear and seal. So I'm looking for both, the gear box input shaft, and the ouput gear and seal. Or a complete new reverse gear box. Having a real hard time finding anything online. If anyone has any leads on parts or complete assy's i would be most greatful!!!!!!

Do you have a picture of the gearbox? From what I can find it is using a CN250 and I am guessing that this is the gear box is the same as mine. If so there is a link below to them on ebay.

Thanks for the info, the one on ebay looks like it, $339 -OUCH! Will try to post some pics today. I was hoping to find the parts I needed without having to buy the whole thing. Will update what I come up with.

I was unable to find parts online for them. I was looking a while back and ran across the ebay store that offers several different gear boxes. Good luck, if you find someone that can get internals please post them here. I am putting a bigger motor on mine and I am sure I will need a source for gearbox parts.

Found replacement parts for the Kinroad at Kidnmeparts.com (I think). They have an on-line store with all sorts of stuff. Will post as to their service.
