need help with fair price
its a carter 10hp comes with 2 kids helmets he says its the power sport model
this is a friend on bad times and i want to be more than fair. so can you all help me with a price to offer? i would like to hear if these are built very good thanks

i say 700 because ive sold non runing one for that much but it came with the parts too. craiglist works the best.
