Default Opinions on the Roketa GK-13B?

Does anyone here have any experience with a Roketa GK-13B? I know I've read reviews on other models that aren't very positive. However, I ran across one today in very clean condition for $800. I have my other buggy project going but figured this might be nice to have around for my wife and other people to drive around.

I went and bought it. It's in great condition and looks like its never been off road....almost looks new. The turning radius is huge though. Is that normal for these?

Yes they are a bit large on the turning radius. One thing to check is the toe-in, if not adjusted correctly it will increase the turn radius. You want to set the toe-in to 1/4" toed in. Due to not having a limited slip rear dif. you end up pushing the front tires around corners and it is magnified if tires are toed out instead of in. Tom

I tried to but something is really loose on one of the rod ends. After everything is tightened the right wheel has a lot of movement. I've been so busy building my 900cc Badland Buggy that I haven't even driven the Roketa since I posted this. I'm looking forward to warmer weather so I can get both of them out!
