Default Helix 150 front wheel spacers for taller tires

I have a Helix 150 and would like to install taller front tires. Will 1" to 1.5" wheel spacers cause any problems? I just want higher ground clearance. Thanks

why would you need wheel spacers? Im just asking. I have taller tires on my HH150 and no spacers are needed. I havent looked at the Helix close enough. But dont remember a need for a spacer?

Default tire clearance

I added 20"x7"x8" front tires and they rub against the gokart frame on the corner when I make a turn and when the tire lifts up while going through rough terrain. Riding straight no problem.

Gotcha. Dont need the tires rubbing on the frame during turns. This could cause problems, even flipping the buggy if its bad enough. Those spacers should be fine.

The stock tires on the helix are pretty decent.
