bad clutch on a carbide 150
How do you know when your clutch is bad.I have a carbide 150,when you put it to reverse or drive, anbd when you give it gas it rev's up just bit bit before it grab, butwhen it grab its very jerky and grabs hard.Would that be the clutch or maybe the shifter cable not adjusted right.IDK

Sounds more like a flat spots on the rollers. Most clutches I've seen that were bad were blue from over-heating.

Also it could be the cable from the gearbox, most of the time you can hear it jerking from the gearbox, Just pay attention to it next time.
