Default Oh the horror....

Traded a 4 wheeler for a fixer upper today, Hammerhead thats been through some tough times (welded nut on the flywheel, welded on wheel hubs, bent roll bar etc...) I'm by no means an old hand at this but take this as a challenge. Anyway in honor of Halloween what's the worst most HORRIFIC repair you've seen? If there is already a thread on this let me know. This site is awesome as well as the people on it, really accelerated my learning, and helped me sidestep a lot of frustration that might have come up and made this hobby much less enjoyable!

I ended up grinding the weld down on the nut so I could get it off and replaced the crank with another. It looked like the old one had been stripped pretty good so they tried to weld it, but the flywheel was loose and moving. The wheel hubs might be a harder issue to deal with, I will find out today after I finish with the engine.
