Hello from Burnet Texas

Hello everyone! My family has a ranch near Burnet Texas and I'm from Bertram TX (about 15 minutes away shares the same highschool as Burnet).

We currently have a Roketa GK-29 250cc and another Roketa frame with a 420cc engine on it. More pics and details on both to come soon!

I'm currently in negotiations to buy two Hammerhead Super 250's and a possible third that has engine issues (he's selling it for parts) but we'll just slap a bigger engine on it .

I am active duty in the Navy and a Chief Petty Officer on Submarines. I'm currently attached to one now and my wife and I live in Groton CT. I head home at least once a year but now due to Buggy mania I'm heading home again in 3 days after just visiting for a week in May.

We are also making more tracks on the ranch for use and I hope to invite people out for a "Buggy Day" sometime in the future.

There is a roller down in Houston (Lake Jackson) for $300. Roketa frame.

Streetman Texas? Google is showing me that's south of Corsicana TX and South of Dallas a bit? Burnet is off Hwy 281 and 29.

Small world, isn't it? But not too unusual; after all, the metropolitan city of Streetman has a population of 242.

So I picked up the new karts and while I posted them in another location I figure I'll add them here.

I picked up 3 of them last Thursday. One supposedly didn't run and we got it for $500 and all that was wrong was the spark plug was disconnected! It needs a new ignition and a front right brake caliper and pads but all that only will cost $90 total!
