Default helix for sale! (Carlisle PA)

Sorry i don't have pics readily available, but if there is interest, I'll surely go take some.

Up for sale is my Fox Helix!!!!!

Pretty much stock. Only mods are airbox delete, rejetted, 1500rpm spring, and I have lighter rollers I'll give with it. They sucked ass lol. No top end with them, so I threw in the stockers.

What it needs:
throttle cable. The end snapped at the peddle. I rigged it so it's 100% drivable, but should be replaced.

Engine fan. It... exploded? lol I'm not sure what happened. The cooling fan **** the bed and took the fan cover with it. As I'm sure most of you know, these parts are cheap and readily available online.

Also! the half circle shifter thingy back on the motor was replaced with a metal one from a carbide. My oem plastic one shattered.

I'm thinking 50% off is a good deal around xmas!

$750 takes my baby
.

Bump! I'm getting pics asap. I need to move this cart. I was going to trade it to someone for a car, but I think I'm going to pass on that. It's taking too long.

no pictures typically = no $$. Get some pictures up and you may have some more interest.

Yup, I know. I've manage to forget to take pics every day since I posted this. I see the cart everyday, and even borrowed a battery out of another cart yesterday to run it for a bit. She runs strong! Even my buddy who has been rocking a bone stock helix while he waits for his carbide to get fixed liked it. and I quote "this runs way better than the other one!" lol clutch spring ftw!

Picture #2: you can see the muffler I put on this buggy. It's from a honda or kawi, I forget. I picked it up off my buddy for $20. It's off his new bike. The bolt that hold it to the flexible mount rattled off, hence the impromptu stick! I'll slap a bolt in there.

Picture #3 shows the blown apart fan/cover. Also, the half moon shinny thingy is an upgrade for the helix. The oem piece is junk plastic that shattered.

Picture #5 shows the rigged throttle cable. Like I said, it works fine, but needs replaced, along with the fan, and battery. All cheap parts, I'm just really broke and have waaaay too many projects at the moment.

Picture #6 shows the sketchy led lights that were on the cart when I picked it up this summer. They're blue, and really... useless. lol they get you home if you really need them, but I just left them in place to preserve the wiring for better lights.

Fan exploded, and took the cover with it.

Happened recently. Too many projects to tend to this right now. I figured I would offer it up a nice discount and let it find a loving home.

I'll check with my friend Mark, may he might want somthing for his kid. It would most likely end up as a UFB buggy anyway.

Evan's right in that it looks pretty rough and needs a lot of work. In all honesty, if someone's offering $550, take it and run with it. That way you can move on to getting your car fixed. People expect one nearly perfect for cheap. Just the way things are.

A lot of work?

1 fan 10$
1 cover 10$
1 throttle cable $20
1 battery. $30

... I can fix these things as I get money coming in, but it won't be near this cheap.

If someone is interested in me fixing these minor things then paying $900, PLEASE speak up.

It's a lot of work to the average guy. They expect it to pretty much need nothing. If you go ahead and fix all of that you probably would be able to pull $900 out of it if you can advertise it as "needs nothing".

Glad you got a great price for it. Good luck with fixing the car, I just dropped a bunch of dough on my wife front wheel bearings.

Guys, if your talking about ordering from a Manufacture here is a warning.
Some websites look and state they are the source but infact they are a dropshipper.

A true manufacture (almost all are in china and india) will not sell direct to the public.
They can't unless you are set up as a an importer which means you have to pay taxes when they get here. If a company it telling you something different it is a flat out LIE!

Be carful
