Default silver fox paint

Can anybody tell me if the paint on my silver fox kart is paint or powdercoat. Thanks.

Book says powdercoat, should not be too hard to touch up. Prbably easy if you want to do a complete repaint. Scuff with a pad or some 200 grit, hit it again with some 400 and paint.

I was going to have the frame sandblasted but the blaster said powdercoat would cost more since it is tougher and therefore would be harder to blast.

that's true but I can't imagine they spent the money to actually powder coat. On a side note, if you want to do touch up, any aluminum color spray paint is a fantastic match.
