The wife and I might fall into an opportunity to move soon, and looking for info about this area, as I'm a bit of a city kid, and this place looks kinds podunk, if you know what I mean, lol.

Dang, now I feel like I should have moved there already, LOL! It looks appealing from the buggy enthusiast side of my brain, but the financial side is poking my spine with a stick.

Welp, this thread has no point anymore. The opportunity to move has fallen apart, for several reasons, and my 'boss' up there seems to be hiding something from me, so yeah, staying right here for now.
At least I don't have a time frame for my project anymore
