Default I need help with the wire harness

Hi everyone,

I am trying to install my wire harness and i need some help since i do not know where each wire goes. i just want to make the buggy run with lights and turn indicators nothing more, i am not interested on the rpm or speed gauge or fuel gauge.

I have completely disassembled the buggy and now i am putting everything back together but i have no idea about the wire harness, its pretty messed up.

i have an 8 coil stator with 5 pins (3 pins on one plug and 2 separate wires) Green, yellow, white are the colours of the wires on the black plug.

my CDI is AC with 6 pins (with a 2 pin plug and a 4 pin plug)

Use this picture as reference to guide me on wiring the CDI

i have a rectifier with 4 wires on one plug

thank you

I also have these wires, after some examination i realised that these are the wires that connect to the CDI, stator and rectifier

These two connect to the CDI

this one connects to the black plug of the stator

and this one connects to the rectifier, however the new rectifier that i bought does not fit on this plug, if i change the plug will it work or do i need a completely different rectifier?

After going through the wires i am really frustrated. They are really messed up. I want to buy a new wire harness that will connect the stator, CDI, rectifier battery, switch, auto choke and anything else required to make the buggy run.

can someone help me find this product?

People in this forum have identified it as a Blade 150DX or Kinroad GK150, you can see pictures of my buggy ion this thread

Please give me some guidance.....I just want to make the buggy fire up and run, i don't want any lights or any speed gauge. can someone guide me on what i need to do regarding the wire harness so that the buggy starts up?

Here is a list of the parts that i think i need:

1) stator
2) CDI
3) ignition coil
4) motor starter
5/ battery

do i need anything else so that the buggy starts and run?
