Variator cover problem
Im trying to get the variator caver off my carbide, and it appears that the exhaust mount is keeping the cover on, does this come off? Ive got the 8 screws off.

I was gonna say, that ya you have to take the muffler assembly off. If you take off the springs you will be hating life putting them back on. Just remove the two nuts at the head, and the one on the cover and pull the entire muffler/header assembly off.
Those springs will make a man out of you putting them on. |

lol, I know, The muffler was off, I watched your youtube video on how to change out the variator wrights. The only reason I posted this was because my dad told me to. He cant believe anything I say, he has to have proof for everything....
