Trailmaster Speed governor?
I was doing some research and i found a place that states the Trailmaster XRX 150 has a speed governor. Whats the deal and how do you adjust it? any ideas?

The mini model for kids has a speed limiter and also only 5.6 hp. There is a mid and adult models and they are not limited.
