Question ams out of cash??
i got a call from the warranty people (ace hardware) and they left a voice mail. "hello this is ace hardware and we have your go kart ready to go but the compony we ordered them from (ams) and they said they had trouble coming up with the money $203 and we can't give you your go kart until they pay up have a nice day thank you". i was not happy.....

do what? even if they are not wanting to pay the labor for the warranty, the dealer should let you have the buggy. its not your falt., I will look at my dealer agreement to make sure they paid for labor for warranty work.

they do pay for the shop labor, I just havent had any claims worth turning in. he should let you have the kart.

Are these warranty/parts for your Helix? AMS is one company and ASW (American Sportworks) is another. Are they saying American Sportworks is giving them a hard time?

woops. i thaught it was ams not asw. lol i don;t know why there not paying but yeah asw is giving ace hardware a hard time about my buggy....

THEY DOUBLED THE MONEY TO FIX IT!! they even filled it up with gas!! im so happy its back!!!! but i told the people to put the jet in the carb just for the heck of it. but no he said he didn't know how to so he through it away..... so now i need to buy a new one.
