Helix Fox 150cc main harness

looking for website or where to get a main harness for a Helix Fox 150cc buggy, and I belive has to be DC CDI. The plug to the regulator was melted, what would cause this and can I replace just plug?

The wires on these buggies are undersized and low quality. Good possibility your regulator has gone bad or just an overload to the wires. Order a pig tail and replace the wires with the next size up you wont regret it. Also check all of your grounds and other wires to make sure you have not rubbed a short somewhere.

I found what plee911 said to be true.

I just ordered a harness for my buggy and the wires looked to be a gauge or two smaller.

I plan to rewire it myself and get it done right.
