Default Seat options for 150cc buggies

Hi everyone. I have an older abused Baja 150cc buggy that came from the factory with 2 bucket seats. My seat frame structure is rotted out on both seats and I'm looking for ideas on what seats can be used in these rigs. Has anyone tried installing a pair of those RCI or Jegs type poly molded seats? Would they even fit or too wide. Any kind of small OEM car seats that would fit?

I use the summit seats in my buggy. The molded seats will make it ride harder. I have the all vinyl upholstered seats in my buggy. Some of the 150 buggies were narrow to where the passenger seat had no inner bolster so as to make them fit. In other words the passenger seat was narrower than the driver seat. I believe the Baja had 2 full sized seats.Just take down the dimensions of your seats and compare. The mounts will have to be fabricated. I bought their mounts but they will mount with a wider footprint as compared to the stock mounts found on your buggy but their mounts will fit their seats. You just have to do a little fabrication to make them fit the buggy frame. They are very comfortable and will fold fwd. for when you have to work on the engine. A stock seat will run you $80.00 but shipping will be at least that amount to ship. The summit seats will be shipped free. You will pay a little bit more but well worth it.

Those seats look similar to a set I bought for my GTR 300. They were a few inches too wide, we thought we'd be able to squeeze them in. But that wasn't the case, wished they'd of worked for us though, they were real comfy.

They have a few seats that look similar. You have to click the details button and look at the dimensions then compare to your seats.
