Passed up on two of them recently in my area . One had a trans. Problem, other had a recent trans. Repair , neither one looked like they ever seen maint. Were asking 1200 - 1500 could have got for 600 - 700 . Never rode a 250 . Wonder how much they have over a 150 ?

I am told the CN250 buggies are faster than the 150's in stock form, and while they have more torque as well, the 150's can be easily modified to run with them if not faster. Plus the 150's have way more parts available to make them faster. This along with the weight of the 150 vs 250, you tend to have a faster buggy overall. The offset is that the 250's normally have a larger frame to accommodate adults.
I too passed on a blade xtx250 about a year ago due to the price and condition. Dude was crazy asking a grand for something I couldn't even hear run. It's a shame too, because that frame fit me really well.

like yota said I prefer the 150cc buggies also, yes the 250cc will be faster they both have there benefits, 150cc buggy is lighter/, 250cc is liquid cooled and heavier/ performance parts are more expensive for the 250cc , the camshaft and head, Im nut sure about exhaust prices, it all depends what ur looking for. the 250cc can also be made into a monster with a head and cam combo as well. I just like that theres tons of stuff for the 150cc and seems to be a bigger aftermarket for them and more parts.
