Carter GTR 250 Rear Brake Problems

Hi,

I'm finding out that parts aren't readily available for these. That or I don't know where to look.

The problem with my cart is that the arm on the rear caliper, for the e-brake, is engaged and frozen in that position. It must have been like that for sometime now, since it doesn't apply any drag to the rear wheels. For sure, I need new pads. If I can't do anything with the caliper, I'll need a new one of those too.

Any suggestions on where I can pick these up? What other carts have compatible parts?
