Default New member from Millerton, NY

Just saying hello and to introduce myself. Ron is my name, live in Millerton, NY, 51 years old, 5 grand kids.

I'm starting to get into the buggies recently with my grand kids. I've picked up a Yerf Dog cart 2 seater and an old 70's Dune Cycle. The Yerf Dog runs and goes well. The Dune Cycle is complete minus the exhaust. Has been sitting for 15 years or so. I have always wanted a small sand rail with a 1000cc motor, maybe set up for the street, so I'm thinking I'm going to build a frame for a spare Honda motor I have here.

Probably will have a few questions along the way. I will also be looking for buggy frame plans for the Honda motor. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Thank you, Ron

I'm not sure on the Yerf Dog models but it's got a 6.5 hp motor, 2 seater, red color, roll cage, coil over shocks, independent suspension etc. Nice little buggy.

The Dune Cycle just says "Dune Cycle" on the sides of the seat. Big tires all around, coil spring suspension on the front forks. Silver/Gray colored frame, yellow seat frame with fuel tank attached. Small motor, unsure if original or not. I haven't really had time to mess with this one yet. I'll take some pics and try to post them up. Thanks for the welcome. Ron
