Buying a new buggy

Have a friend that bought a buggy from motobuys it's
goka 800cc. He isn't mechanically inclined at all and
order it complete. The problem is that this buggy has
had one problem after another and they haven't ever
returned one phone call. The buggy was suposed to
come with 2 helmets no sight of them either. So far I
have kept him on the trail it's the fact that they ship
something that was in this shape bad battery bent pulleys
leaking radiator front tires not hold air and numerous
other things. Personally wouldn't ever want to see anyone
deal with these jerks but if you do make sure you can turn
a wrench!!!! We have had better luck out of buying broken
down junk than this brand nhew junk he got .

That stinks. That is why I only buy them if I can see and test drive them first.
