Hello Peterbilt
I live over East Denver way (Monoco and Alameda) got two heavily modded Yerfdogs a 3203 with a 11hp Harbor Freight Greyhound engine and a 3206 Spiderbox with upgrades of Heim Joints, extra notches on the rack and pinion, 1" trailer spindles and hubs for the front, 22" tires all round, reverse kit, Surplus Center generator fuel tank, Uni Filter, 4 point racing harnesses, Harley Davidson Sportster Front Shocks and my last addition Yamaha Blaster rear shocks. Where do you go riding and what kind of buggy you got.

I live over by 56th an picadilly in the green valley ranch area. There's lotsa open space to go riding with zero hassle from anybody. All I have is a stock yerfdog 3203 with a 6.5 HP engine.

I am working over that way at the moment Chambers and 40th, took a ride around the neighborhood at lunchtime last week. Looks like all along where the new Light Rail line is going in there is lots of open acres.

Did you get your yerfdog when it was stock and then did upgrades or were they there when you purchased it? I wanna upgrade mine to possibly an 11hp engine.

Default Yerf 3203 Upgrades

I bought the 3203 all stock and was never able to get the tescumch 6.5hp engine that came with it to run properly. I then installed a new predator 6.5hp on it for a time and it worked good until the rear swingarm developed cracks and the band brake fell apart. At that stage I totally rebuilt the rear swingarm with 3/4" black schedule 40 gas pipe, new brake disc rotor/caliper, 11hp engine, swapped the Tav 30 for a Tav 40 I had on a Mango Dingo Go kart and rebuilt the jack shaft to suit. Here is a picture with my son alongside

That's awesome! How and where did you mount the brake system? I'm not to fond of the cheesy band brake. I bet your son has a blast tearing up snow in the Yerf huh?

I welded the caliper bracket onto some 3/16" flat plate which I bolted to the bearing carrier for the axel and installed a brake rotor. If you look closely in the picture you can see a part of the carrier bracket on the left side of the axel. We will likely tear up some snow tomorrow but that will be in Colorado Springs as we just bought a house there on 5 acres. House needs lots of work and that is going to eat up all my time from now on but the kids can have some fun riding the go kart/ buggy.
