Default a-arm bushing

could someone let me know how the best way to get the bushing out of the a-arms without damaging them

I took a long 3/8" bolt, drove from the other end by just tapping around the inner edge, if you end up with a ding you can file it off. Or get a 3/8" oak dowel-you may have to keep cutting a good square edge on it though. The thick outer part of the bushing is where bolt has the most pressure and needs to be nice and round.

thanks i'll give that a try. the people that had this kart had the bolts so tig ht that when you lifted the front the arms did not even move

FYI- lightly lube the bushings & bolts or drill the A-arm for a grease zerk. The bolts oxidize pretty quickly and that will make them not move also.
