Default Hammerhead 200 REDUCED PRICE $800.00

Hammerhead 200 2 seat dunebuggy $800.

I have done a few mods. Jetting, Gearing, Lighter clutch rollers, Fresh carb rebuild, New battery, New drive belt. New coil, New cdi box, New master cylinder, New uni filter. Turn key and go.

Comes with 2 sets of gears one for more top end, one for more climbing power.Runs great.

Has 5 point harness for each passenger, roll cage, forward and reverse[internal], rack and pinion steering.

Fun for kids or adults.

May consider trades up or down, for a tool box, quad, or motorcycle, street or dirt.

I'm in West palm beach Florida.

I don't know how accurate the speedo is, but with the small pinion it reads 40mph. With the stock pinion it reads over 45, but I don't have room to top it out.

It has a 150 motor but the model is a 200. I thought someone as knowledgeable as you would know that.

I think the only real difference between the two is the 200 has an oil cooler and integrated reverse. It was marketed as an ''up gradable engine''
I think they were planning on offering a cylinder and head that would make it an actual 200cc engine but they never offered it.

i'm not that knowledgeable, i fell asleep after i posted on your thread woke up and updated my thread on yours. i couldnt figure out how to delete the posts so i just erased the content, hence the 2 blank posts.

it's definitely an older model probably before my time, tom syc would probably know any history on it.

I don't know why you assume it's an older model? I could be wrong but I believe the 200 was introduced in 07.

Here's a promotional video from 07.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ea_kSYX4u5g

Mine looks a little different because the luggage rack, rear view mirror mount and sheet metal were removed. 40 or 50 pounds removed if I remember correctly.

the frame work around the headlights just looked like some older stuff i worked on. you learn something everyday. guess i'm just used to scoping craigslists adds where people claim all kind of weird displacements on there buggies and unreasonable top speeds.
2 weeks ago i saw an add for a yerf dog 250 w/a claimed top speed of 60mph+ and the pics in the ad clearly had the stock howhit in it.
thanks for the vid, good luck.

With the sheet metal shield thing off of the front it does look different. As far as the speed goes, I'm going by the factory speedometer and who knows how accurate that thing is.

The only place left that says 200 on the buggy is the dash, the stickers that were on the side went with the sheet metal.

Snapped a pic of the dash. You can see a little of my 350 odyssey in front and a glimpse of my z 50 in the lower right, I need a bigger garage..lol

And this is why if I somehow sell my Yerf for the 1300+ I'm hoping to get, it'll be a miracle.

I wouldn't even sell it if I had more room. I live in a home owners association so I can't even get a shed.

I really need the garage space, anyone interested for $800?

Tried to edit the title to'' Hammerhead 200 NEW PRICE $800.00'' It didn't take for some reason.

I think you need to have a mod or admin change the title. Be sure to add [REDUCED] to the title.

I didn't want to bother him but I can't seem to figure out how to contact a mod.

I thought there was a way to see who the mods were in each forum but I am not very computer savvy..lol
