A 12 cam install

I am wondering if I should use the compression/ auto stop lobe on the a 12 cam. I was able to transfer it by carefully pressing of and on the bearing. It feels notchy and am thinking of taking it off.

The cam came without it so will there be any problems with out running it?

I also opened up the stock head combustion chamberand have been polishing it to help the flame travel in the head.

I could of had it running by now but am still not sure about that cam compression release lobe.

I ran my A11 without. Never had an issue. I don't see any on the 4 valve heads/cams either, so I think you should be OK.
