Default franken golf cart

After my last adventure I have decided to try my hand at creating a sidebyside. In steps frankencart.

I will be taking a Yamaha g1 golf cart, a Honda 300ex and a Suzuki gsxr600 and making them 1.

If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I already have some nasty big tires for the project 25x12.5x10 front and 13.5 for the rear.

I would not use quad parts on something that heavy and fast. The shocks would be to soft for it also.If you use quad parts every thing after that would be a comprise.
Do you have fab skills and tools to build suspension? If so that would be the way to go.

I have the Fabrication skills but not the proper tools. I have to work with what I have. I will add to the suspension If I have to. What about all the other carts built this way?

I will not tell you this is safe, but you can do what you want. But it would suck to spend all that time on this for it to not work out how you want.
Can you put this together...yes.Can it fold up on the first bump you hit...yes.
With the gearing thats on there youll smoke the clutch before you get far anyway.

what about the other carts you built this way?You tell me.

Default kaizen

I have built like this before. After everything is mounted, I will pull it apart and gussett the crap out of it. I do know that I have to add to it. I also dont want it crazy fast. Is there a secondary gear box I can add?
