That huge buggy only has a 110cc engine? If it's an auto then there will be an adjustment screw & nut on the passenger side of the case(can't see it in your pic due to the exhaust)

Look for a 1" plug/cover (passenger side) with a straight slot, remove the plug- there should be a straight slot screw with a jam nut behind the plug. loosen the nut rotate screw till there's no pressure on it- tighten 1/4 turn then secure nut. the auto clutch may be trashed, but that's how to adjust it.

Clutch slipping
I have a mini-buggy with a similar engine.
These things are usually 110cc. they are a clone of the old honda atc (3 wheeler) 70-90-100cc The only service manual I have found for this motor is for a 110cc chinese dirtbike. It is very similar. It was helpful when I rebuilt my engine. Here is a link to the manual: http://buggymasters.com/forum/attach...2&d=1326942351 There is a possibility that the clutch needs adjustment, the manual will explain how. But, the clutch issue is most likely worn out clutch plates. Happens a lot if drivers start out in 2nd or 3rd and try to accelerate fast. These motors use a wet-clutch configuration and it is advisable to use motorcycle engine oil for wet-clutch applications.
