is the Howhit engine CDI a a/c or D/C unit?

well on my Tomberlin it has the brackets for the lights, but no lights and I haven"t seen a plug for them either.

thanks Xlint, according to the video, my crossfire with two wires going to the 2 pin plug on the cdi is a A/C unit then and my Helix with one wire is a D/C unit. does this sound right to you? thanks the helix has the carter motor and the crossfire has the Howhit motor.
